Dear Honorable President Obama,                                                                          January 13, 2016

Regarding: Climate Change

In your SOTU, Tuesday, January 12, 2016, you offered, “Look, if anybody still wants to dispute the science around climate change, have at it.”

Mr. President, we HAVE requested robust public debate - for years! Al Gore’s Anthropogenic believers refuse. Climate realists are eager to debate.

President Obama, you stated, “You will be pretty lonely because you’ll be debating our military, most of America’s business leaders, the majority of the American people, almost the entire scientific community, and 200 nations around the world who agree it’s a problem and intend to solve it.”

Mr. President, please provide the names from “our military, most of America’s business leaders, the majority of the American people, almost the entire scientific community, and the 200 nations.”  Choose 1 individual from each and invite them to debate 5 climate realists.

President Obama, you claimed, “But even if — even if the planet wasn’t at stake, even if 2014 wasn’t the warmest year on record until 2015 turned out even hotter…”

Mr. President, please explain: “Hotter” than what? On record is about 1888. What has scientific research revealed about ancient temperatures? And temperatures during the Egyptian, Minoan, Roman and Medieval periods? What about temperatures pre- gas, oil, coal, nuclear energy production and use?  

Mr. President, of course I don’t want to harm this planet. But I don’t want to harm the human inhabitants on it either. And I fail to see how taking more money from taxpaying American Citizens, and giving it to carbon tax/cap and trade market traders will notify the temperature that it’d better cool down.

Does the temperature know that you own it?

Cool down, or what? You’ll beat up somebody?

Here’s what the American people really want Mr. President. We want you to “cool down” Al Gore’s cap and trade/carbon tax scam. We want you to “cool down” your venture capitalist plays with our money. We want you to “cool down” your hot, suffocating, regulatory punishments against America’s domestic resource providers. 

You promised Mr. President. We’re here to “have at it.” Line up your five, we’ll line up our five.

Let’s do dispute climate change!

Please, Mr. President. Get busy and set the stage where we can, “dispute the science around climate change.”
