Maybe the 62 million of us who voted for President Donald Trump should file a class action "Nuisance suit" against each individual whose actions fit this definition:
Nuisance suit:
A legal action to redress harm arising from the use of one's property.
The two types of nuisance are private nuisance and public nuisance. A private nuisance is a civil wrong; it is the unreasonable, unwarranted, or unlawful use of one's property in a manner that substantially interferes with the enjoyment or use of another individual's property, without an actual Trespass or physical invasion to the land. A public nuisance is a criminal wrong; it is an act or omission that obstructs, damages, or inconveniences the rights of the community.

Individuals including Barack Obama, Maxine Waters, Chuck Schumer, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Nancy Pelosi, many Hollywooders and rogue judges are deliberately denying good people their right to work and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Yes. We know they're trying to overthrow us, and destroy America. Their action history bears that out. Because they're knowingly creating the vile toxic spill that's jeopardizing human health and safety they should be held accountable.
Any attorneys out there with enough smarts and chutzpah to start a "Nuisance suit?"
