Attention: Amy Hsiung, Samantha Francis, Aidan Cook and Friends of DXE

Regarding: Your anti-mutton bustin’ position.

In the spirit of full disclosure, and to assist media with questions they may not ask, I submit the following:
It has been brought to our attention that through voiced intentions, public media, videos, maps, photos, prospectus, FOIA and other certain papers, that individuals Amy Hsiung, Samantha Francis and Aidan Cook - potentially in conjunction with non-profit known as Friends of DXE - are using properties not owned by them or DXE.
In the spirit of full disclosure, we would like to learn whether or not Amy Hsiung, Samantha Francis, Aidan Cook and Friends of DXE received written consent from NWSS, Parents, Attendees and Livestock Owners to use their property (includes person, livestock etc.) in their petition/fundraising materials.
Documentation has already revealed willful actions by Amy Hsiung, Samantha Francis, Aidan Cook and Friends of DXE have subjected the NWSS, its Attendees, Parents of Children Participants and Livestock Owners to unnecessary untold harm including: Creating nuisances that needlessly- possibly intentionally - disturb, violate, and encumber rightful usage of property, endanger livestock and human life, create financial burdens, and attempts to extinguish historic customs and cultures.

Respective of actions Amy Hsiung, Samantha Francis, Aidan Cook and Friends of DXE have, and may continue, taken against NWSS, Livestock Owners, Attendees and Parents of Children Participants in Mutton Bustin’, we kindly request they provide and make public:

1) Each petition signatory and their contact information.

2) Fundraising materials you use that reference NWSS.

3) Fundraising materials you use that reference Mutton Bustin’.

4) Signed releases by Livestock Owners.

5) Signed releases by Parents of Children Participants.

6) Signed releases by National Western Stock Show and Rodeo.

7) Signed releases by Attendees.

8)  You claim, “If we thought (this was) an event where we strapped kids to the backs of terrified dogs and ran them around for our enjoyment, people would be outraged.” Please provide: Names and contact info for the professionals you use, documents that show the dates and locations of their research, and their peer reviewed findings.

9) You claim, “…terrified prey sheep sees the child as a predator, often leaving animals seriously injured…”

Please provide: Names and contact info for the professionals you use, documents that show the dates and locations and the “seriously injured” animals you reference.   

10) You claim, “…the activity to be cruel and barbaric.”

Please provide: Names and contact info for the professionals you use, documents that show the dates and locations of their research, and their peer reviewed findings.

11) You claim, “The entire Western Stock Show is a very violent event.”

Please provide: Names and contact info for the professionals you use, documents that show the dates and locations of their research, and their peer reviewed findings.

12) Define the process through which you became: Spokespersons “speaking as allies to nonhumans.” Did said “nonhumans” elect, appoint, and or designate you? If so, how, when and where.

13) State the laws you believe give you the authority to extinguish historic customs and cultures.

14) Provide dates of your attendance at the NWSS.

15) Explain fully, why you choose to attend events you dislike.

16) On and in presenting your petition, do you provide prospective signatories with full disclosure respective of property owner rights?
